The School Aged Immunisation Service will shortly be offering the annual nasal flu vaccination in schools. For more information about the flu vaccination please visit the NHS website
Meon Junior will be offering the nasal flu vaccination to all pupils on 5th October 2022.
Parents will need to complete the online consent form link below for their child.
Once you click START you will then be prompted for the Unique School LEA Code which is: 144581
The consent will close 2nd October 2022 prior to the school session on 5th October 2022. If you submit consent after this time, your child will be unable to be given the vaccination in school, but you will receive an email to book into a community clinic appointment.
Please complete the online form even if you do not want your child to receive the vaccine.
