During Mental Health Awareness week there was a daily focus linked to Mental Health for staff and pupils.
Monday – Move It Monday! Yoga / dance sessions online videos.
Tuesday – ‘Take 5’ Tuesday – breathing exercises.
Wednesday – ‘Walk and Talk’ Wednesday. Whole class walk outside paired with a buddy.
Thursday – Wear it green! Wear something green to school! (staff and pupils)
Friday – Friendship Friday – play games inside/outside as a class.
As a school we also embraced the theme of 'Wear it Green' on Thursday 18th May to raise awareness of the issues surrounding mental health and its impact on families and children.
